Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to our finance team in the day-to-day running of the business
- Book and process ongoing business transactions
- Digitise and categorise all incoming and outgoing invoices
- Deal with general correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare invoices for our companies (DE+US+JP)
- Provide administrative and organizational support to our team
Profile
- Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification in a related field, or relevant professional training as a career change
- First professional experience in financial accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong affinity for numbers and well-developed analytical skills
- Good knowledge of DATEV (accounting software)
- Fluent in both German and English
